Part of the Gippsland Lakes Region and set on a serene 5 acre farmlet in the countryside of Nicholson this elegant BnB is a haven for a 2 nights stay or a long holiday. This is a new BnB ready to be enjoyed by guests.

Only 15 minutes from Bairnsdale, Metung and Lakes Entrance, Nicholson is really central to all the local activities. A place where you get away from the maddening crowd and relax after a busy day and only 3.5 hours from Melbourne. There is divided highway most of the trip now.

Great accommodation with two queen rooms, either a couple looking for a relaxing break, or 2 couples for a fun weekend.  A family can also use the 2 main bedrooms, and there is a 2 single bed children’s room with a large family bathroom. So Mum, Dad and up to 4 children. (Pets by negotiation)

The BnB facilities occupy a separate area of this lovely rural home and offer 2 queen bedrooms each with a sparkling new ensuite and a lounge/TV room with views to Lake King.  Privacy is assured by entry though the BnB lounge room. This area has a balcony with room for sitting and enjoying the view or eating casual meals.

A tasty continental breakfast is served: cereal, toast and a fresh fruit and cheese platter or a full-monty breakfast can be ordered. Picnic lunch can be requested, the champagne will always be chilled.

There is an outdoor covered gazebo area which can be used for a bbq or just dining alfresco. A Turkish bathhouse will be part of this complex soon.

Come and go as you please or join me for a coffee or glass of wine when you want a chat. I can tell you all about the wonderful things to do in the Lakes area. Even a secret fishing spot on the Tambo River.

Free wifi is available, laundry facilities and the finest linens used for all the rooms.

The entire complex when completed will have the BnB, an Art Gallery and Shop, an Art Studio for classes and loft accommodation for students.

• Klimt Room                  $160.00 per night with breakfast served
• Diana Cook Room       $160.00 per night with breakfast served
• Garden Twin Room     $125.00 per night with breakfast served

Book all three rooms for the one booking and the cost is $400.00 a saving of $45.00 for the night.

Book out time is after 10am, book in time is after 2pm. These times can be altered after prior arrangement with Gabrielle.  

For longer term bookings of 3 night or over a discount can be negotiated.

Light meal can be prepared in the kitchenette with, microwave, fridge, and new coffee machine. Other meals can be cooked with the electric kettle BBQ in the covered patio. All kitchen utensils and chinaware supplied.
